Officers with the Greer Police Department arrested Shalynn Renee Zarczynski Thursday afternoon for Felony Driving under the Influence with great bodily injury.
The GPD said Zarczynski was the driver of a 2004 Chevrolet Avalanche that was involved in a single vehicle collision on Brushy Creek Road in a Feb. 7 crash. As a result of the collision, a passenger in Zarczynski’s vehicle, received great bodily injuries.
After completing the investigation into the traffic collision and receiving the toxicology results, officers with GPD obtained an arrest warrant for Zarczynski’s arrest.
Zarczynski turned herself in at the GPD. Her arraignment was held at the Greer City Court Thursday afternoon.
The traffic collision was investigated by the Greer Police Department’s Traffic Team.
