Wolfgang Puck is bringing his signature restaurant, The Kitchen, to the Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport as part of the $125 million terminal improvement project.

The restaurant is the Piece de resistance of the Grand Hall that will house commissioned artworks of the historic upstate, other restaurants and amenities that will brand GSP as one of the most contemporary airports of its kind.

Puck's restaurant is scheduled for an October opening. The complete renovation project is scheduled for completion in late fall with a grand opening tentatively scheduled in November.

Passengers arriving or leaving, after passing security, will have access to the restaurant.

“I am excited to bring my newest concept to Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport and to the many visitors to the ‘Upstate,’”said Chef Wolfgang Puck. “Travelers at GSP can now enjoy the relaxing ambiance while indulging in a selection of seasonally focused, signature dishes and new items created with the GSP traveler in mind.”

It will be one of kind in the Upstate and brings a cuisine unseen in the Upstate.

“I am thrilled to secure a world class restaurant and chef like Wolfgang Puck for our food and beverage program. This fully completes the vision in the delivery of food and beverage services at GSP, as a part of our overall terminal renovation project.” said David Edwards, President/CEO of the Greenville-Spartanburg Airport District.

“This restaurant will truly reinvent the passenger dining experience that our travelers have been wanting for some time now at GSP,” said Scott Carr, VP Commercial Business & Properties at GSP.

The Kitchen will be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Puck's world-renowned menus emphasize the use of quality, local ingredients, inventive techniques and approachability.

A wide selection of small plates, seasonal salads and entrée items such as Brick Chicken with Calabrian chilies & Gulf Snapper "Veracruz" with tomato, green chilies, capers and lemon, are featured.
