Holly Tree Pediatric Dentistry will pay cash for Halloween candy. In the days following Halloween, children and parents can bring their excess candy to Holly Tree Pediatric Dentistry in Simpsonville and receive $1 per pound up to $5.
Dr. Ann Bynum and her team will then package the candy and send it to our troops. This is all a part of a national movement called Operation Gratitude. Last year, Holly Tree Pediatric Dentistry donated 1,600 pounds of candy. This year the goal is to collect more than one ton of candy for our soldiers.

No purchase is necessary and consumers are limited to one free taco per person.

Greer is hosting a culinary event never held before in downtown. It’s Foodie Events night, 5-8 p.m., as part of Tuesdays on Trade weekly promotion. More appropriately it’s Teacher Appreciation Night.
Visitors and teachers will be treated to a variety of skills of chefs from downtown Greer with the big finale a culinary competition – formatted like the food network’s “Chopped”.
