Noah Hannon, offensive tackle for Greer High School, was named to the South Carolina roster for the 80th Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas.
The rosters for the annual battle between the top senior football players in South Carolina against those from North Carolina were announced Monday. The game is scheduled for 2 p.m. Dec. 17 at Gibbs Stadium on the campus of Wofford College in Spartanburg.
Michael Huff scored on a five-yard run with 2:37 left in the game to give the Greer Yellow Jackets a 24-21 win over the No. 5 Class 3A ranked Woodruff Wolverines Friday night at W.L. Varner Stadium.

Jessie Crowley (18:41.61) was individual medalist in a dash to the finish with teammate Cate Ambrose who was only six one-hundreths of a second behind. It was a spectacular race between former state champions – Crowley last year as an 8th grader and Ambrose, who won in 2014.
