Brad Franseen has been hired as assistant vice president, mortgage loan officer at Greer State Bank Mortgage.
Franseen, with more than 14 years in the mortgage industry and will serve in the Taylors Branch. He will be responsible for developing relationships with customers, realtors, builders, and other sources for the origination of residential mortgages loans.
“With over 14 years of mortgage lending experience in the Upstate, Brad not only is an excellent addition to our growing team, but also an asset to our community,” Tim Strom, mortgage director for the bank, said.
Franseen has lived in Greenville for 20 years and served as treasurer of the homeowners association for four years. Franseen and his wife, Marcella, have three children and attend North Hills Community Church.
