Greer Relief is changing its Adopt-A-Family program to the Christmas Morning Shoppe.  

The goal remains to provide neighbors in need with Christmas gifts. This prevents them from diverting their limited resources to gifts or going without.

Sydney Sill was crowned Miss Greater Greer 2017 and Brooklyn Brewster the Miss Greater Greer Teen at a pageant held at Greer High School Saturday night.

Sill, 20, attends Clemson University and Brewster attends Palmetto High School.

Blue Ridge choir has fundraiser for significant competition to replace cancelled state championship

The Blue Ridge High Honors Choir has launched its last fundraiser of the year to raise money to travel to the Smoky Mountains Festival in Pigeon Forge, Tenn., next year.

Due to the choir state competition getting canceled, the school is reaching out for community support to compete in what students call “really prestigious competition”.
