I'd love to share with you (or remind you if you are currently working towards getting your weight off and just need a little encouragement) the great things about this program. It helps to re-teach what we have been taught all our lives – “to eat three square meals a day."

This is about changing or replacing your old eating habits to six smaller meals and the process is called the 5&1 plan, 5 low-calorie, low-glycemic Medifast Meals and 1 Lean and Green meal each day, eating 6 smaller meals a day allows your metabolism to kick off and stay running all day long. I've attached the Quick Start Guide for details. Also please visit my website.

Our website provides loads of detailed information such as the simple explanation below: Weight Loss Lose weight safely and quickly with the Medifast 5 & 1 Plan, featuring medically formulated, nutritious, and delicious meal replacements. You’ll choose five meals each day, one every 2-3 hours. Because you eat frequently, you’re never hungry, and your metabolism stays revved.

Many of the meals are portable, so you can fit this diet into even the busiest lifestyle. You also get one Lean & Green Meal to eat at the time that works best for you. For the Lean, you’ll have 5-7 ounces of lean protein, the Green is three servings of low-glycemic vegetables. Depending on your source of protein, you’ll get some healthy fat, too, and that will help keep you full and satisfied.

While the meals are delicious and nutritionally sound, don’t think that you’ll be committed to meal replacements forever. The 5 & 1 Plan is just the first phase of our program.

In the Transition phase, you’ll begin to add more fruits, vegetables, and protein. And on Maintenance, you’ll learn how to eat the healthy food you love without gaining weight." For more details, please go to my website and look under the tab "How It Works".

My job as your coach, which is a free service, is to help you get started, and keep you on track until your desired weight is off. I stay in touch by email or text, but at any time you need questions answered or want to talk about the progress,

I'm more than happy to talk or meet. It really depends on your schedule. I have seen through my clients plus I've personally experienced success with this program and kept my weight off for two years. So when you replace the three square meals with six smaller portions, you will or should always be able to manage your weight.

If you have fallen off track or given up in any way, the most wonderful, stress free thing about this plan is you just start over. It's as simple as that, I promise.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
