Matthew was found about two miles from where he wandered by the YMCA Camp Greenville. He was discovered missing Thursday after a headcount.
Matthew drank from a creek and covered himself with leaves overnight, he told authorities. He had scratches from the brush but was reported in good condition.
A Greenville County Sheriff Office spokesperson, Sgt. Ryan Flood said drones, K9s, bloodhounds joined about 130 searchers.
