Greer CPW’s customer service lobby and parking area at 301 McCall Street are closed as maintenance has begun on customer parking renovations. Improvements include removing the existing asphalt and replacing it with concrete, which, will last longer and require less maintenance
Payments can be made online at www.greercpw, and customers can pay bills or set up service by calling 864-848-5501 or a customer service representative at 864-848-5500.
“Parking lot improvements are just one way we are working to enhance the customer service experience,” said Alison Rauch, CPW Public Information Coordinator.
The customer service lobby is scheduled to reopen next week.
• CPW reported its drinking water is safe, as its disinfection process continues to meet and exceed state and government regulations. Certain face-to-face interactions with the natural gas and water department have also been put in place, according to CPW.
