Greer firefighters are helping to battle the Pinnacle Mountain Fire that is threatening more than 800 structures in South Caroina and North Carolina.
The fire jumped into Pickens and Greenville counties last week and today there are 625 threatened structures in South Carolina – 523 in Greenville County and 112 in Pickens County. Officials also reported there are 171 structures threatened in Transylvania County, N.C.
