I have a medical condition, and I finally got an appointment with a specialist I’d like to see. The office requires credit card, debit card, or bank account information be kept on file. Having this kind of information out there with them makes me uncomfortable, but I really want to see this doctor. What should I do?
Blue Eye Soft Corp. is expanding its corporate operations into a new facility in Greer, bringing 120 new jobs over the next two to four years.

Mark Owens, President and CEO of the Greater Greer Chamber of Commerce, is resigning effective Dec 1. He has been named the President and CEO of the Winston-Salem (N.C.) Chamber of Commerce.
Owens, 32, topped the list of more than 230 potential candidates who were considered for the Winston-Salem post. He has been at the Greer chamber since 2014.
A four-story Hampton Inn and a multi-level parking garage were unanimously approved by City Council Tuesday night.
